SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Aethionema jewelry are cut, filed, soldered and polished by hand, using exclusively 925 sterling silver, in our workshop based in Patras, Greece. Many of our products are ready to ship, but others such us (rings and bracelets in specific sizes or engraving options) are handcrafted to order. We have assessed that the time we need to complete the orders is from 7 to 10 working days. 

All products that are readymade - marked as "Ready to Ship", will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days from your order placement. All products that need to be manufactured will be shipped within 7 - 10 days from your order placement. The manufacturing time also depends on the quantity of the products ordered. 

If you require a customized fast-shipped order, please contact us before making a purchase. While we endeavor to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all custom orders will be shipped quickly, due to workload.

POST AND PACKAGING

Once your order is complete, it is wraqpped and dispatched with one of our courier service partners. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

We ship orders worldwide, using TAXYDEMA Courier services for domestic shipping and DHL Express for international shipping. For domestic shipping it needs 1-2 working days for your package to be delivered to you and 5-10 working days for international. Αny unfortunate delays on behalf of our courier services partners are beyond our responsibility, however they should be expected especially during holiday seasons. DUTIES AND TAXES

Please keep in mind that the customer is always responsible for paying any fees required to receive the package, including customs, duties and taxes. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, if your purchase is not quite what you’re after, you should return it within 14 days of the order being delivered. For more information about returns please check our refund policy.
